WHO WE ARE
About Us
Who we are
Using a true, public/private partnership guided by a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are developing a workforce training center to train people from all walks of life in a certification program to perform the below the line jobs. This workforce training center will be a working production studio built to also serve as a classroom.
Why There is Opportunity
Our visionary leader, Vrej Avedikian (a.k.a. Vic Anthony), has decades of experience in the film and television industry. His award-winning sound stage, called Affordable Sound Stages located in Glendale/Los Angeles, is recognized in the industry.
The visionaries have contracted with a non-profit business development firm that has experience in grant writing and community/economic development to begin the initial stages of bringing this valuable project together.
How We are Moving Forward
Soon we will have in place a diverse advisory board to give counsel as we create the curriculum for the training.
Currently we are a registered non-profit with the State of California.

The production jobs we expect to have certification for are:

- Assistant Director
- Line Producer
- Cinematographer
- Art director
- Costume designer
- Camera operator
- Key grip/best boy grip/grip
- Gaffer/best boy electric
- Production designer
- Production manager
- Production coordinator
- Editor
We will immediately begin with internships and apprenticeships.
A critical part of the success of the Training Center will be working aggressively for job placement for the graduates/certificate holders.
